The line-up for the Festival Republic Stage at this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals has been announced. Joining headliners Pete Doherty, The Horrors and The Midnight Beast will be: Twin Atlantic, Mariachi El Bronx, Rival Schools, And So I Watch You From Afar, Brother, Ed Sheeran, Digitalism, Tom Vek, Smith Westerns, The Computers, The Twilight Singers, CocknBullKid, Fight Like Apes, White Denim, The Antlers, Foster The People, Cerebral Ballzy, Dry The River, Royal Bangs, Cults, Grouplove, Cloud Control, Tribes, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Little Comets, Dutch Uncles, Nightbox, Flats, Romance, Islet, Mini Mansions, Cherri Bomb, Big Deal, Young The Giant and She Keeps Bees.

A number of additions have been made to this year's Guilfest line-up. Added this week were: Funeral For A Friend, The Xcerts, Skindred, Sonic Boom Six, Attack! Attack! (UK), Dinosaur Pile-Up, Sound Of Guns, My Passion, The Computers, Kate Rusby, Library Of June, Jehst, Cerebral Ballzy, Revoker, Exit International, Benji Boko, Pure Reason Revolution, Death Of Thieves, Pint Shot Riot, Anzi Destruction, Marner Brown, Subsource, Max Raptor, Calling All Astronauts, Weyward Chile, Susie Clarke Collective, Claire Nicolson and The Rhizomes.

A charity compilation from Big Scary Monsters featuring The Xcerts, Tall Ships, Johnny Foreigner and many more in support of the Bobby Moore Fund can be purchased here for £1.

The regional winners in NME's search for Britain's best small venue have been announced. The overall winner will be revealed on the 21st of June.
