The high-resolution artwork for Relient K's covers EP, K is for Karaoke, has been added to the AP.net gallery. Having heard the album, I think it's safe to say that fans of the band will have fun with it.
I thought they were releasing a full-length covers album later this year as well?
I was under the impression it was a full-length of original material?
If it is cover, then that changes a lot. But seriously, an EP and a full-length of covers? I'd prefer 3 original songs released on iTunes to a full-length of covers.
Their full length isn't going to be original material because I thought I read somewhere they would be working on that after Warped. I would think that it is in the vein of their early EPs where they put songs on that would be migrated to future recordings. Either way, new K always is the best part of the year for me.

Exactly. I'm not that excited about this EP. I'm sure I'd love the songs but it's not high on my list of priorities with so many other albums coming out in the next few months.
We'll see what happens. It's all been a bit vague and it could go either way really. I cannot wait till they release a new album of original material. Excellent band.
