Both songs are pretty repetitive and overall its kind of a step down from Shogun. I do like the increased heaviness on Dusk Dismantled though

This album is going be good

"In Waves" would be so much better if it were about half as long. Then again, now that I think about it, several of Trivium's songs are just unnecessarily long...but I think this one takes the cake for being the most repetitive.

This band still exists ?

In Waves is unecessarily long, the other is good but i'm not a fan of this "back to roots" approach.

Im very anxious to hear this record considering I've been a fan, and known these guys forever. Still saddened by Travis' departure, such a nice guy.

They don't sound like Metallica anymore, awesome. This is actually 10x better than I thought it'd be.

i just cant get into anything trivium has done after ascendancy. that record was so sick, but after that they really dropped the ball.

Love In Waves... still getting into Dust is Metal... I mean Dusk Dismantled, only listened to it twice, liking the heaviness of it though. Album should be good, nothing will top Ascendancy for me as that was the one where I got into them, I still think this will be very good though.
