The management and labels for both groups involved Tweeted tracks from the project, so I would say both parties dig it.

also, they consider it more of a remix than a mash-up in that they created new songs with the samples. They said The Grey Album was a big influence - Danger Mouse created new songs rather than just putting full a capella vocals right over the beats to create something more original than say Girl Talk.

Like about 4 tracks, pretty good stuff especially for free. A little too much Ol dirty and a nice touch with the Deck track...

I'm sure hip hop and rap artists don't care about this thing because they steal beats themselves...
