Just for the record, none of these songs are for his upcoming album. Nutshell and the AIC cover and from a tour 7", and Shine Through The Dark is the first song DRA wrote after retirement, and is being released on this (pretty great) triple disc benefit compilation.

As far as the actual songs go, I love all three. They've been keeping my plenty entertained over the past few weeks while I eagerly await an announcement of something more substantial. Nutshell (w/ Mandy Moore) is the highlight for me here. It sounds straight off of 48 hours, which is never, never a bad thing.
