Ryan Adams' Ashes & Fire

In a recent interview with Q Magazine, Ryan Adams revealed that his new album is titled Ashes & Fire and features "12 elegant country songs".
From The InterviewThe album also continues Adams's long relationship with the Johns dynasty. Producer Ethan Johns worked with Adams's old band Whiskeytown in 1999. Ethan's father, Glyn Johns, whose credits include The Who and The Rolling Stones, produced Ashes & Fire.

agreed, but I like cold roses way more. Sweet illusions is one of my favorite songs ever. Love the cd artwork as well!

Just from the live recordings I've heard, it sounds it like should be along the lines of Heartbreaker, just not as sad. He's my favorite artist so this is obviously my most anticipated for the year. Hopefully he adds some more U.S.shows other than his one Seattle date.
