It's kinda weird seeing as he's not English (Gallows are just so quintessentially London punk to me), but I can't say I didn't guess this after seeing the Alexisonfire statement. I don't think this is a bad match-up.

I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I'm interested in hearing how it turns out in the end. I just can't imagine Gallows being sung without a British accent. I really hope they can pull this off and do it well, but I don't think anyone can top Frank.

A Canadian singing songs about broken Britain doesn't seem very apt. Hope they'll have new stuff ready sooner rather than later, he shouldn't sing the old songs.
