agree about 808s but god damn is MBDTF good. imo 3 best tracks he ever released are all back to back with power, all of the lights and monster.

I just love how rap makes people compare rappers to each other all the time.

Anyways I love what both artists contribute to this album.

I think it's def Jay-z playing in Kanye's world but Jay-z's verses make every song and are far superior to Kanye. He still does just as much vocal work as Kanye, they just sound like Kanye inspired songs. "Why I love you" is basically a Jay-z song about his past boys and artists that have turned their back on him, quite a personal song so I think labeling it his weakest verse is a bit misguided. This sounds much more experimental in the form of song topics, hooks, and some near dub-step like beats..then it is trying to make singles. I respect this much more and cant find a bad song on the album only weaker ones (Lift Off).

Jay Z is obviously not superior to Kanye
