I don't see this being nearly as good as the debut simply because Aaron Marsh isn't involved, he made that album what it was! Without him this will most likely just be an average album, hopefully I'm wrong since I dug the debut!

I'm interested to hear some A&B without Aaron Marsh's influence. Don't get me wrong, I loved Felt, but I'd like to hear Stephen without all that orchestration - something more along the lines of "Sing Out." I hope there's a song on the new record where it's just him and an acoustic guitar.
I wouldn't be so quick to assume that Dave can't match Aaron; his work in Mae was magical.
I agree with this. I love Aaron Marsh, but I really look forward to hearing what Dave can do. I'm a big fan of those last EPs Mae put out, specifically (m)orning... The Fisherman Song is so damn good.
