So is $15 + shipping for a CD. Amazon has it for $13.63 and their shipping is much more timely than GoMerch.

I really, really, really hope this is awesome. Kevin Devine is probably my biggest influence as a songwriter, and I want to love these new songs. Brother's Blood is no doubt his weakest record to date (which is not slight to a great record), I hope it isn't a sign of things to come.

I believe Brother's Blood is easily his strongest records to date, but that's just me.

I'd certainly be willing to argue/debate with you, but I'd have to first ask if you have everything since 2002? I feel like a lot of people (again, I'm not saying you) go with BB because it is one of his few records they've given extensive looks at.

In my opinion BB has some of his best tracks but as a hole album diesn't have what some others do. It's completely arguable from mutliple sides. I think we all agree that KDev is great?:)

yep, I have heard all of his stuff and seen him live 4 or 5 times over the past few years. I just think that Brothers Blood is his strongest full album front to back. I also think it has some of the best individual songs. But I'm not arguing with you, everybody has their own opinion.

FWIW, Kevin posted on facebook saying he was going to look into complaints over shipping. $17 is outrageous as their only option is priority mail on the vinyl. Media mail that shit!
