scoping that review after that Cobra Starship album stream post, I realized Gabe's made more music with that abomination than he did with Midtown. I'd be hard-pressed to think of another musician who's disappointed me more.

Holy shit, I expected this to be good, but not THIS incredible. So pumped for this, Brian Fallon truly is the future.

maybe I shouldn't have read this review. I've been nervous about this record since I heard the single--decent, but hasn't commanded too many repeat listens. American Slang was my 2010 AOTY and I can't imagine not loving this one...scared.

the songs I've heard sound like as if the dangerous summer and bruce springsteen fucked and their kid started singing...not sure how i feel...love one, hate the other.

The single is the most Gaslight-esque, and like Jason said, probably one of the worst songs, on the the album. I still enjoy it for the most part though.
