Seriously great questions, Br&New182. Absolutepunk, PLEASE make sure you ask these questions from Br&New182. (I'm pretty sure the answer to Q#5 is that Chris is not sick of playing older stuff, but hey, I'm not Chris, so I'm really just guessing, haha. But he does seem to have a lot of fun playing older stuff!). I especially want question 2 [if original Daybreak recordings with the previous members will be released].

I also have a very specific question. Chris, can Saves The Day please play a show on Oct. 24 in San Luis Obispo? (You guys are playing in SF on Oct. 23 and in Pomona on Oct. 25, and San Luis Obispo is right in the middle of those two cities AND you guys don't have a show scheduled on Oct. 24. Please?

In many of the songs throughout in reverie (You can read a brief write up about his lyrical content on said girl here,) to the now "trilogy" Chris sings about a girl in a red dress and "the neighbors" lawn. In fact there are 10+ songs that have this same theme, setting, and lyrical output.


My question is: Can he give us some background information about this incident which seems the motive of many of his songs, and has he finally come to terms, peace with this individual woman?

+Having experience writing lyrics for most of your life, ever think about expanding that storytelling approach and writing a book?

+In a recent interview with Blare Magazine, you said I continue making the music that I want everyday, even if it might sound like really, really strange experimental jazz because I’ll continue to satisfy the creative impulses. I am also curious as to what happened to Eben D'amico. As a bass player he was a huge influence to me and and it would be cool to know if he is doing any other musical projects.

Maybe I'm too late for the questions, but this has always sort of bothered me... what is Chris laughing at, in the beginning of Bones off Sound the Alarm? Was it an accident that it made it into the track? (I think not...)

I always thought it was intentional. Part of the delerium.
