I thought the second episode wasn't as chalk full of big moments but the stuff that was revealed was pretty damn big.

Him doing Muslim prayer at the end was big. I do feel like, since now they're so sure he's been turned, it'll turn out to be someone else. Or be a much larger scheme. Would be kinda lame for them to know two episodes in and then be right and catch him and that be it.

Not much more to go on than the pilot but I'm not sure I care. Carrie and Brody are absolutely fascinating to me and I just love seeing them develop. I really like Saul and Carrie's surveillance guys, but Carrie's boss is a completely unlikable asshole. I felt really bad for Carrie's asset who I'm sure is going to wind up dead in a few episodes.

Everything has been really solid thus far. It has potential for greatness, but I don't think it has gotten to that level just yet. Danes is really great, though.

And yeah, the opening credits are awful.

EDIT: Still think this would have been better as a mini-series.

needed a show to fill my True Blood void and this sure gives a complete spin with "what the hell happens next" cliff hangers.

my crazy prediction (well maybe not crazy but):

It seems way to obvious that he has turned, and they are making you think he has turned by beating up his partner/killing him while captive and lying to his wife about it, and then to the muslim prayer and also lying about meeting that top notch muslin terrorist. I feel because of all this, that its someone else. I think its Claire Daines character that is the one thats turned, they never have hinted on what happened over in Iraq that shes in the dog house, also shes on a bunch of crazy pills and is doing a bunch of fucking whacko shit that I cant figure, like they keep showing her with this wedding ring but I have yet to see any fucking husband in her life (lol). She's so batshit crazy in this I love it, her job is putting her over the edge, she's gotta be a terrorist or maybe her boss with the beard.

Wow. That is a really good prediction. The lack of information on her trip to Iraq certainly seems like the best evidence. Also, we can't be sure that what she said the prisoner said is what he actually said. Hmmm. I like this theory
