I'll be super honest, I saw these guys play with Titus Andronicus in a warehouse in Brooklyn years back and I've always tried to get into them but, though similar, I've opted for Beach Fossils, Wild Nothing, and even Ducktails more so than Real Estate. Kind of found them just boring at times. Honestly, listening through this album, that changes for me--it's very good.

definitely one of the better albums of 2011 right behind yuck, fleet foxes and feist. . .

Such a good band.
