I'm a bit confused by what was do terrible that X-Factor did here? They didnt go against trademarks or anything, so they're completely in their right.

If anything, X-Factor has brought the charity lots more publicity than they would have gotten.

True. I don't know. I don't think saying get a lawyer is total dick, it's a legal issue and that would be the "safe" way for the show to handle it.

Although, how do they know the X Factor winner would be the number 1? Haha
