Seriously hoping this new album is a return to form for them. The newer stuff is good for being like catchy pop-rock type music, but it seemed very forced and so far from their full potential. Nick is an incredible lyricist and needs to be able to really express that again.

I seriously think that if they took the 7-8 best songs off Abnormalities/Formalities/Realities plus a couple more, they could have made an awesome full length. I think the release plan of that stuff kinda fucked it all up

Abnormalities was fucking fantastic. Formalities and Realities? Not so much. But I have hope for them. I will always be a fan, no matter what.

haha..I only came across it because I was wondering what they were up to - I knew they were having reunion shows and I've been spinning No Really, I'm Fine a lot lately

yuss.

I hope this is in the vein of No Really, I'm Fine and the EPs. I don't count their last album as it was just their EPs mixed with some songs missing. I would love a full length of rock songs by these guys. I am not that much a fan of their early work but No Really, I'm Fine is fantastic.
