hahahaha my favorite part is someone complaining about a 14 song set being too long. do you even like live music? I just saw Thrice play 18 and that is way too short for a band like them. they should be doing AT LEAST 25, if not more every night to accommodate their massive catalog of songs.

and I saw the TDS tour where they played that "long" set, the entire crowd was into it the entire time yelling for an encore as soon as the "last" song was done. short sets are great for openers, headliners need to play loooooong sets.

I've built my entire reputation around honesty. That's what's important to me. If people don't like it - they have all the freedom in the world to not read what I write. Saying he thought TDS were boring live is different than declaring them boring and a bad fit on a tour. That's the difference. He can think they're boring all he wants. Don't care at all. Pretending that his views are universal - in light of overwhelming evidence to the contrary - is what I have issue with.

For the most part, because I'm not traditionally "nice." I don't hold hands and sing songs around campfires. I'm brash, opinionated, and short with words. That's who I am. I'm not in the business of faking.
