moist excellent :) Let It Happen was first skatepunk album I ever owned. Very excited!!
On a side note, My Everest & Ups & Downsizing were amazing albums, so good that i have shyed away from even sampling their new record. Can any swellers fans vouch for its greatness, or lack thereof?

Good for Me didn't impress me right away, but now it's one of my favorite albums of the year. Not as good as Ups and Downsizing IMO, but they didn't make the same record twice and the resulting sound has showed how they progressed.
so the swellers were playing in orlando awhile back on the same night mike h. was doing a solo show. being the huge mxpx fan i am, there was no way in hell i was missing mike playing. but i really wanted to see the swellers too. i made a comment on twitter about possibly going to both shows. the swellers responded and said, "yes you should!" or something like that. they also sent a tweet to mike and told him to come by the venue they were playing. he did and posted later about how badass they were. swellers responded to mike later that night "great to meet you..."
could i maybe, just maybe, be responsible for them meeting and thus allowing mike to see their badassness and wanting them to sing on this new album? in my crazy fanboy mind, iʻd like to think so. :)
