I don't care where they sign. Unlike others, I have liked everything they've done since Static Prevails, and I'm sure they will continue to release solid tunes.

After being incredibly let down by their past 2 albums, I still get excited when I see JEW news. That's the magic they possess.

Ten bucks on Rise.

Am I the only one who thinks another major label will take them on?

They should just stay unsigned and be able to make the music they want to make. It'd be for the better.

I feel the exact opposite. I think Chase This Light is awful, by far their worst, most insanely over-produced record. Invented was a huge step forward, but still nowhere near Futures/Clarity or even Bleed American.

This is Victory Records' shot to become a big time label again!!!!

Seriously, I would love to see Rise but my money is on Epitaph.

you must of not been in the right mood for it. Chase The Light is my personal favorite but I still greatly enjoyed Invented. It was a bit more mellow then some of their work and reminded me not only why the band is great but also of Clarity. In the right time and mood Invented can be a great album. Long car ride and once in a dark room did it for me. All music sounds better at the right time. It is not their best work but it is still a solid release.

Clarity is my favorite mellow-out album (especially for night drives)
Bleed American is my sunny day rock out record
Futures is my balanced night time album
Chase The Light is my album for when I am just feeling hopeful (or need to feel)l regardless of time of day
Invented is my long car ride at dusk or work music.

As much as Rise has become a huge, legitimate label, I highly doubt they have enough pull for JEW.

As long as they keep writing great music what label they are on won't matter. To be honest I am glad they are off Interscope records. That label is where good bands normally go release their worst albums. I still like invented but that label is a pop disaster with enough cash to make it work. Jimmy Eat World should start their own label. That would be cool.
