No where did the article imply the guy on trial was innocent. So while lethal injections aren't cheap, now they have ANOTHER trial to pay for, in order to get the same concluding verdict, PLUS a lethal injection.

It is my understanding that you can't be tried for the same crime twice, so I don't know that they can hold another trial for the same crime....
