If I recall correctly, something similar to this was done with Texas Toast when it was still around (no more episodes if they didn't get 10,000 hits or something - can't believe I still remember that series, haha). Best of luck, I'll throw five dollars down for a classic band in my books.

It's cool to see a member of a different established band in here. Where the hell is everyone else? I know there are tons of up and coming pop punk bands with band profiles. they should weigh in.

If there's any band that deserves to be "Big" - it's Punchline. I've been seeing them live in Buffalo, NY since the Rewind EP was released (somewhere around 2002 perhaps) and they are the most down to earth, non-egotistical band I have ever met - PJ, Chris, Steve, Paul, Jon... and even Greg. I am happy that they are laying it all on the line to be recognized (well... they are... but not as much as they should be). Even if this experiment fails... they still have the fans and great music to back them up.
