Didnt know he was diabetic... pretty honest words there admitting he couldn't put his heart into the new material and touring... Glad he backed out now rather than imploding on tour and hurting the band. That's a stand up move many musicians wouldn't do.

He's one of the only metalcore frontmen that could arguably be considered iconic to his generation in terms of rock/metal as a whole. He'll definitely reappear before we know it.

I'm very relieved about this, I have never heard anything bad about Howard (the pornstar baby thing was a hoax), and this cements it. I honestly can't convey how much this guy has impacted my life as a musician, and as a human being. I hope he comes back one day.
