I went ahead and bought it solely because I downloaded the last two albums by them (since they weren't that great compared to the masterpiece Champion is) and now they are independent. Hopefully the EP doesn't let me down!

Yes! It sounds like Champ and thats the Audition I love! The EP overall is good but not great so far IMO. Hopefully it grows on me.

Still beats Self-Titled and most of Great Danger..

Much better musicianship and lyrics were probably a huge reason for me. Champion is an album I still listen to without cringing. There's songs on the band's first release that now (six years later) make me bored and cringe.
