That is great! I hope they head out on tour to support this. Patent Pending should open again. One of the best tours I've ever been to.

I don't think Patent Pending would open.

Are they even any bigger than Patent Pending...? I've seen the two of them play together twice, and one time Suburban Legends opened, the other they co-headlined.

I saw Patent Pending open for them twice, but that was like in 06/07. Its hard to say whose bigger, SL have done alot of support tours for Reel Big fish, Less than Jake, Bowling for Soup, Streetlight Manifesto etc and besides Warped I dont think Patent Pending has ever done something like that.

Stoked to here to the ska, although I LOVED Infectious. I know I may be alone on that one, but I thought it was pop greatness

i had written this band off for good after thier last couple of releases because it was just pop and not that good. This new song sounds fucking fantastic. Definately picking this up. Awesome!

I completely missed the song when I looked in here the first time. So glad to hear the ska back. I was okay with the disco sound for a little bit just for the novelty of it all, but the last album did absolutely nothing for me.
