Bigggggggg break for Kurt, Koji, and Renee & The Translators (who I've never even heard of [and neither has Facebook - 450 likes?])

Will be in the audience for one of the Chain Reaction dates.

A few years ago, they mainstaged Bamboozle Left.

But bands that mainstage Bamboozle DO NOT play Chain Reaction (even though it's a legendary venue, it's what - 300 capacity, tops?)

I figured it was legendary in the same way 924 Gillman, or Emo's or whatever are, in the sense that every band plays there on their way up/down. I understand that the whole screaming pre-teen trend is done, but what's his audience now? Chill bros? The girls in transition between their scene and hipster years? Acoustic hippy stoners?

I have zero idea, but I'll let you know. I know very, very little about NSN, and have maybe listened to half of 3 three different songs.

Hm. Can't pass up a Kurt Travis show. I wonder if I need to preorder? House of Blues is pretty big stuff. Don't know what NSN is doing.

On another note, I'm glad Doghouse is really putting support behind Kurt's solo stuff. I thought just about any label would consider it too weird to back.

My understanding is that there's some major love for Kurt at Doghouse. Glad to see a good guy getting support.

I know NSN used to be big enough that he didn't need support.

Lets hope that's still the case.

this support is strong in talent but weak in draw.

It's odd for me to see this lineup.
