Lost In Stereo. It is like Chroma meets their Self Title. A bit more raw and rock oriented (a bit more distortion) but the energy is still their from early stuff. Conduit and Something To Believe are some of Cartel's bests songs if that counts for anything.
It's called In Stereo, actually. Haha.

Have we forgiven them for the Bubble then I'm guessing?
Have we not gotten over ourselves yet?
Their self-titled album was great, you can't deny it. They gained a lot of fans 'cause of the TV exposure. They might've lost a few fans (probably so-called "hipsters" afraid they were going mainstream? come on now.) but I'm tired of people reverting to the Bubble. Personally, I thought it was an hilarious experience and definitely not worth anyone's grudges.

I can deny it. I loved Chroma, saw them 5 times before the Bubble (even helped them carry their equipment to the Ernie Ball stage at Warped), saw them once after the Bubble and Will was a complete dick to me. Arrogant rockstar mentality... it was really a shame. And I really only liked Lose It off that record btw
That's a shame, I must say. But, then again, everyone can have their bad days. I've only heard positive things about Will (and all the other guys, too) but I just haven't had the chance to meet them/see them live yet (the flaws of living overseas)

I will deny it.

I love Cartel. Chroma, both EPs, and Cycles are great. The production, lyrics, and consistency is all lacking in the Self-Titled release. They also lost a LOT of fans after that, especially when the album didn't deliver.
It's definitely not the best stuff they've put out, but anything following Chroma would've been hard to top it. Maybe that's why, maybe not, but I think it's unfair that they're (still, five years later) being put down because of that one month of time.
