UK Music Round-UpLoose Cannons' Marcus Rutherford passed away this week after a four and a half year battle with leukaemia. The band have posted a statement here.

A new wave of bands has been announced for this year's Live At Leeds. The full line-up, including additions The Enemy, Ghostpoet, Dog Is Dead and Lianne La Havas, can be seen here.

Almost 100 bands were added to Brighton's The Great Escape festival this week. See them here and here.

Death In Vegas, And So I Watch You From Afar, Rolo Tomassi and The James Cleaver Quintet will play this year's Camden Crawl in May. See the line-up so far here.

The Stone Roses and The Killers will headline the V Festival 2012. See a full list of other acts, including Frank Turner, Keane and Shed Seven here.

The first line-up announcement for June's Dot to Dot Festival in Bristol, Nottingham and Manchester was announced this week. This year's festival will feature The Drums, Pulled Apart By Horses, Willy Mason and others.

Looking forward to The Word Alive at Slam Dunk, they got a rubbish reception at Never Say Die so hopefully it will be better this time round.

I've never been there before but heard good things about it, I was planning on going sometime soon as apparently they showed classic WWF matches on a tuesday night which would of be brilliant. Brudenell is just down my road though so hopefully all the gigs go to them.
