If I'm Peyton, I say I don't want to be 18, I want #15 instead
He wouldn't have to worry. Tebow will be traded if he decides to go to Denver.

As dumb as it sounds Id keep Tebow around just so he can learn behind someone who well knows how to throw a football and run a offense a million times better then Tim will ever be able to do. So that way after Manning retires he can just take over. But if they did trade him just send him back to Florida..I mean really put him with the Dolphins so that way at least people will come to the games..It may only be to watch Tim do his high school football magic but at least they will get some money coming in.

You wouldn't want to risk the "Tebow faithful", who don't care about the Broncos or Manning, to start petitioning against Peyton though. That's the problem with keeping Tebow as a backup, he has such a huge following it will always cause a controversy. Better to trade him, maybe try to get Gabbert, and see if you can have him learn the ropes from Manning.

True forgot about the stupid tebow faithful..And if they traded him to Jacksonville that would be even better due to Denver will get a kid who will learn behind Manning and then just take over after he leaves..And Tebow can start in front of his home town people and all will be right in the world kinda...Still would have to deal with Skip Bayless and his never ending Tebow ass kissing every day -_-

per Adam Schefter's twitter: "Two days after they released him, the Cardinals reached agreement with offensive tackle Levi Brown on a cap-friendlier, five-year deal."

per myself and just about everyone else in this thread:

oh please tell me they still have to cap his cap penatly, that would be HILARIOUS. Why not just rework the deal like everyone else in the league?

And also, how the fuck did they convince his agent to sign off on that shit?

Whaaa so wait they let him go and the turned around and signed him..umm okay I think that was a he was asking for some stupid amount of money and pretty much said if you dont give me the money I want then let me go. They called his bluff and let him go..He found out know one was calling. The Cards let him sit and then called him and said okay dude you lose now you play with are rules..

Quick question for any Bills fans or really any fan who might know. How much cap space did the Bills have and how much did they smoke giving Mario Williams all that money. I was trying to find how much they had to play with but couldn't find a exact number. I am just wondering because I felt it might a bit foolish to blow that type of money on one player when they need to fill other needs with the nfl draft.

Before the Mario signing we had right around 23 million. I haven't seen the breakdown of his contract but it;'s 6 years 100 million so if it's evenly distributed (highly unlikely) that'd be a hit of almost 17 million. It's a huge deal and I seriously doubt that we will be signing anyone else until after the draft but there's 2 players that we really should dump that would free up a total of 7 million with only a half mil cap penalty. Both are DEs.

Edit: I just checked the bills site, it doesn't give any numbers but Buddy Nix said the bills are pretty much done in free agency after this signing.

Why would they be upset? Not trying to be a jerk about saying that, but I am honestly curious.
