They say you're not supposed to, but its very rarely enforced from what I've experienced.

I mean, it's hardly the end of the world, but this is kind of stupid.

I've always thought the public would be shocked by the environment at a violent hardcore/metal/whatever show if some news show filmed and discussed it. There's been some reporting about FSU but that's a distinct story

In Dublin, it's actually mandatory to mosh for Flogging Molly. They raise your taxes otherwise.
