Don't see why people would get upset about this. It is a proven method to bring content to fans they otherwise would not be getting. Hopefully they get the amount they need!

normally not a fan of kickstarters but when things get stolen from bands, i'd be happy to donate (too bad they don't allow paypal...) especially cause i just really want that DVD.

So just buy the package that comes with the DVD then...it's not a donation really, you're literally just buying the DVD....

They make the DVD rewards super confusing. It's worded differently in almost every pledge class. Makes it seem like some just get the live concert, some just get the documentary, some are an hour long, some are two hour longs. Fix that shit

Really hope the HD DVD means bluray, and not just a normal DVD. Ordered the $17 package regardless. Signed poster is a nice bonus.

They deserve to get this funded. It's a shame that yet another Kickstarter has to be made over stolen property, though.

Best of luck to the band--I'm not really a fan of TDS, but I hope they are able to make enough to replace that stolen equipment. I also appreciated that they laid out how much they were spending on each part in a professional way.
