In love with this album. The Clash meets The Graduate or something. Wasn't expecting this to be as good as it is, but this is solid rock & roll with pop hooks.

I'm sorry but you're probably beyond help.
May be the case. But at least I tried to get into them before saying I'm not a fan. Not that I want you to hunt me down, but I can't get into Closer too much either... Unknown Pleasures is much better I feel.

I hear a lot of Matt Skiba in James' voice.
Can't say I agree, but you definitely aren't the first person I've seen/heard say that.

Saw this band play a tiny local festival like three/four years ago, and they had me from the first song. I went home and downloaded their first (and at that time only) EP immediately. I remember they opened with 'Trains' and I kept trying to find a recording of it, basically leading me to have the chorus stuck in my head for two years till they released Show of Hands. In short, this band is the balls. They're our answer to Gaslight.

Does this remind anyone else of Third Eye Blind, even if just at moments here and there?
Exactly!

This album makes me feel really good inside.

I hear a lot of Matt Skiba in James' voice.
Okay, I've been trying to pinpoint what his voice reminded me of. Thanks.
