I dig MXPX a lot, but it would be so cool if SYG/Mest/Rufio went on tour with a different or somewhat newer headliner. Could be a pretty cool tour.

This lists them as the band members, which makes it seems like they'll be playing. Not confirmed though - might just be press release filler.

The fact that the shows are pretty spread out and are being billed as "20th Anniversary" shows makes it seem likely Tom and Yuri are playing all of them. Also, the fact that it's billed as MxPx and not the "MxPx All-Stars" or whatever they go by when it's just Mike.
