Right, makes sense. Thanks a lot for answering all these questions. Admittedly, before talking to you, I was actually kind of grossed out by the whole aura surrounding transsexuals and the like, but my tune is starting to change. I guess I always kind of looked at it as some sort of bullshit people go through with just to be different or whatever, probably a dumb attitude, but you legitimately seem sincere so it's refreshing. I still probably wouldn't have a physical relationship with a transsexual, but emotional is a different story. Also, I said it before, but despite not having the other surgeries, what you have done seems to have been money well spent. Maybe it's the beard, but I would never be able to tell you were born female, haha.

It's definitely not just an attitude—more like a physical fact. If I could choose to make my brain female as well as my body, I'd do it in a heartbeat because it would have saved me a lot of trials and troubles. Glad I was able to enlighten you a bit! And yes, the beard definitely helps lol.

Don't worry about asking too many questions, there are very few things I won't answer. As for medical stuff: I've just had top surgery, which was in the area of $5000. Hormone therapy started out at $300/month three years ago and is now up to $440/month. Not covered by insurance, unless I can switch companies and give them a more general diagnosis (practically no plans cover transgender-related treatments).
