yep, it was so forgettable and hadn't any memorable riffs/melodies... i'm still curious to hear their new stuff though

I agree. Coming out of how fantastic Fortress was, I expected more from the last album. I also take aim at the lyrics; they didn't fit that style of music. They went from Genghis Khan at war with a goddess to how much it sucks to be on the road. Egh.

Fuck. Yes. Scurrilous was solid as hell IMO, haters gonna hate.

Pretty good interview. Excited for this.

i don't know why i love all their work but I just didn't get into scurrilous or whatever its called. just didn't do it for me.

Don't understand the hate. It's not their best album, but it's still really good. Tapestry, tandem, and sex tapes are all awesome.

Hands down, my favorite band to air guitar to.

i'm in the same boat as most it seems. fortress is my all-time favorite album but i just couldn't get into scurrilous. i love c'est la vie though. this new album will shred i'm sure.

liked their last one a lot but not as much as Kezia. looking forward to this.
