I don't think they've announced a new vocalist yet, but I'd be surprised if Chad did it. I'm sure he'll appear somewhere on the record though.

this is awesome. its cool the band still associates with chad..if they were on the drama-filled level of the hot topic music of today, they would want nothing to do with the past. i wish more bands that used to be good would reunite somewhat with their original singers. (ie. Underoath)

For what it's worth, Underoath did take Maylene out on tour.

This will be better than most things.

I think this will be the shortest break in between albums for them if it makes it out this year.

If there was still a feud to settle, it'd probably be the one from the tour fallout from 2009. Which I guess they did.

Awesome, can't wait to hear new stuff from them, four years has passed since the release of Misanthropy Pure, it's time for brand new music.

Where did you hear of this? As far as I know he didn't leave, he's just also playing guitar in Hollow Earth now, met him a few weeks ago at a show and it didn't sound like he was quitting shai hulud
