I doubt Mark will be able to get answers. RJ is the only employee left at MTS (Ryan and Dan no longer work there) and he has been MIA for a couple weeks. He deleted his personal facebook and twitter accounts. There have been no updates on the MTS Twitter and Facebook.
I know I've personally sent a few emails to firstname.lastname@example.org
with no responses yet.
Also, I've filled out complaints at www.ic3.gov
and the NYC DCA hoping that it will force RJ to respond to customers who want their refunds.
Luckily, TOYPAJ will get another pressing from Hot Topic maybe sometime around July.
