I'm not one to hate much. If Maroon 5 wants to go down the pop route I really don't care. But if anyone listens to that and still can call Adam Levine "rock and roll" with a straight face I will probably punch them in said face.

Good pop tune, but I prefer Adam Levine's vocals over Digital Adam Levine's vocals.

This should have been on an Adam Levine solo album - Rob Thomas had it right when he released pop music under his own name rather than water down Matchbox Twenty's output.

Do they still make payphones? I haven't seen one in years.

I don't think he's ever been "Rock n roll". I actually had Songs About Jane in the summer of 02 (yes, I rule for that) and watched them blow up a few years later. Good pop/soul kinda band but it's too bad they are constantly chasing hit singles and pandering to whatever the latest trend is.

BREAKING: After the success of the Tupac hologram, Adam Levine will now have his own hologram performing at every Maroon 5 show to continue with the trend of digitally tampering with his musical talents.

the rap part seems pretty out of place on a first listen. nothing wrong with pop music. anyone denying that maroon five's had a huge pop influence from the beginning is lying to themself.

Watch The Voice. Some of the kids were like "I love rock and roll. So I'm going to go with Adam". It was already hilariously painful to hear them say that, this just makes it even worse. I still think Adam thinks he is in a rock band.

i too hate to be dismissive to the point of closed-mindedness, however, there comes an extent at which the disconnect between the music a band used to release and the music they are currently releasing is so vast that it actually seems like more of a formality, pretense, whatever, to try to reconcile that disconnect than just to accept it and say, 'hey, this band is NOT maroon 5 anymore'.
