I was talking earlier about how I'd totally pay to see this live. Glad it might happen.
I do feel though that this has got to be weird for Dre, Snoop, and most of all Afeni Shakur.

Wow, I could really see this as being HUGE event. I think it's such a fucking rad idea to try and do something like this, I love Pac.

I hope not. It would set a bad precedent. Its one thing with its the gorillaz bringing their characters to life. Using a dead person's image without their permission? Creepy. Next thing you know the Beatles and Elvis will be 'touring' again and many artists won't have to leave their home town to 'tour'.

Am I the only person who heard him reference "makaveli" and was immediately creeped out by the conspiracy thoughts/possibilities? Don't get me wrong, he might have dropped Makaveli on his last shows, but he was generally just "tupac" ...so that was a crazy addition to the show.

Either way..technology sucks. I love it but it's freaking me out.

Well in that case I can't wait for the new Chris Farley movie.

Really? This has no integrity whatsoever past the first time. It should stay a homage, not a way to make more money. It's not real.

i think they should just leave it at the 2 coachella shows. don't over do it. that set was legendary, and a full tour of that would only soften the impact.

if anything they should just make a blu-ray of the set. i'll buy it for 15 bucks. sure it's not as profitable, but Dre is a man of legacy.

but then there is a flip side...with detox coming out, he'll probably have to do way more touring than he ever has before just to recoup expenses to some degree. so this being the case, if he doesn't do the 2-D-Pac (yes, I just created that), people will get wedgies and cry.
