There are 3 other people involved in the songwriting process. The similarities also have a lot to do with Nick Wakim also playing drums on Proper.
makes sense! Not that I'm complaining, I love everything about IIOI and I love everything about SAOTW, great tunes. same to you guys, love the new track. the production on it is great

Great article, I saw them in Tampa. Great to see everyone is still clear-headed.
That was a fantastic show, Hostels and Brothels AND Living Room Song. So great.

Soupy's voice sounds so good on that track. SAOTW is musical perfection. I really enjoyed both sides of this split. Good job guys!

TWY song is good but Dan's voice is way too whiny in the chous. Like balls-in-a-vice whiny. It may just be the poor audio quality that is messing up the harmonizing there.

Also will this song ever get played live? It has a lot of high range vocals. I heard they don't play Hostels/Brothels live for that reason too.

they played Hostels and Brothels friday in atlanta. i dont think the wonder years are the type of band that would make a song they couldnt perform live.

they made 1000. there were 3 colors. i think 200, 300, 500. could be wrong

200 on black
300 on black/clear split
500 on clear w/ black swirl

bummer that the 2nd press didn't pan out, but stoked for the 8" or 5" or 13" () or whatever the next project is.

i got one of each variant, but my propensity to hold on to them depends on the quality of the songs... which means i probably won't let them go.

Love the two songs. Particularly the TWY track. It's a perfect progression from Suburbia for sure.
Awesome. As for SAOTW, I've never heard the band before, but that sounded pretty good to me.

This makes me want to don my AK and mow down some Bon Iver fans in the name of the almighty pop punk

that's right! condescend on some motherfuckers!!!!!

i love TWY and SAOTW, and i saw bon iver last night (while being judgmental and hating on olive green highwaters)... it was pretty spectacular. amazing musicianship.
