Glee is stupid, and obviously you don't have to be on Glee. Maybe it wasn't his choice for his music to be on Glee, but if he doesn't want his music being put on shows/movies/ads that he doesn't want, he should take a nice look at his contract and see who really owns his music.

yeah, glee uses too much autotune for singers that don't need it, but i've grown to accept that, and i'm a sucker for Darren (and Matt in this case). curious to know how Darren feels, since he's actually been a Gotye fan for a while haha.
