Thank you for this. Cheating is not an accident. It is a conscious decision. And it is a clear indicator of a lack of respect. I wouldn't give a cheating partner a second thought ever again.

Maybe before assuming that they didn't care about you, you should ask WHY they did it?
Not trying to say it's okay for them to cheat, but maybe you should reflect on your own actions before you automatically shun them out of your life. There may be an uncommunicated reason as to why they felt the need to go to someone else for affection other than just being a slut or not having respect for you.

I actually never try to resort to name calling. Kindness is wasted on most people, they'll take advantage and assume it's weakness.
