Does Bright and Early count?? Lol. We're technically still an unsigned band. haha

If not, then check out No Such Noise!, Hold Your Own, Kids These Days, Breaking Tradition, Heroes in Error, and Life Without a Jacket.

We are a rock band from Illinois. Half of our year is spent in Champaign-Urbana as students at the University of Illinois, while the other half of our year is spent in the Chicago area. We have been featured in Champaign-Urbana's arts and entertainment magazine, buzz, and Chicago's arts and entertainment paper the Red Eye. We love absolutepunk! I check the site several times a day! Our favorite bands range from everyone from Brand New to Wilco to St. Vincent. We try to mix folk songs with a heavy dose of guitar fuzz, crunch, and angst. We think you will all love us!

Milo

Unsigned rapper from Wisconsin. His sound is a healthy mix of the hipster/nerd-rap that's become popular as of late. He reminds me of Odd Future minus the useless vulgarity.

The Playbook - www.facebook.com/theplaybookpoppunk

We're a pop punk band from Melbourne, Australia. We've been a band since April 2010 and since starting out we've released a four track demo, an EP and another two new songs/demos. We've been touring Australia this year and last but we're cureently on a break writing a full length.

We've been lucky enough to share the stage with The Wonder Years, Man Overboard, Guttermouth and Rufio amongst others when they've toured here.

The new tracks up are 'Best Distraction' and 'Polaroids And Picture Frames'.

FFO: The Wonder Years, 90's-early 2000's pop punk.

Hopefully you dig it :)

Our band is called Lost Language.

Demo here: https://www.facebook.com/lost.langua...app_2405167945

Bio:

Tour, like war, is hell. And in a way it is like heaven, too. Tour can wear you down, starve you, age you, break up relationships, form new ones, allow you to see parts of the world you never knew existed, find love, express loss, bond, laugh, and rarely sleep. Touring is sunsets and sunrises with an hour or so of actual work in between long rides in precarious places. And members of Lost Language have had their fair share of the road, through different bands over the past ten years. In fact all the members of Lost Language at one time or another played shows together, in six differently stylized bands, from Don't Die Cindy (Cake Records), Embraced (Theory 8), Materia Medica (Holdfast), I Am Terrified (Gotee), The Black Noise Party Boys (Holdfast), and Maylene and the Sons of Disaster (Ferret, Mono Vs. Stereo). In fact, its those miles on the road with each other, crisscrossing paths over the years that led them to get together and form Lost Language.

After all settling in Birmingham, Alabama, the members decided to come together after all their projects had ended, and form something they attribute to their respective roots on why and how they wanted to play music in the first place. From Pink Floyd to Cave in, from Botch to MewithoutYou, from grunge to post-hardcore, every member in Lost Language brings a different piece of the puzzle together to make what they consider "just rock and roll."

I didn't realize that's what people were doing. Haha. I just picked two people I root for.

Missed promotional opportunity.

I play guitar and produce with this band. We're just a couple of Jersey guys having fun playing music. Super-upbeat, cheesy, earnest summer jams...with saxophone!
