I'll post this one last time before I depart for the night, I will also post it on the first page in the updated news section but I'd like to get some more opinions on the matter of the following, I'm not opening it up to a vote but rather just looking for some takes on it before I rule on it.

So I'm at a bit of a stand still with the rookie trading rule….with the cap system, should this still be banned or should it be allowed now?

Clearly people SHOULD be more inclined to draft at a position of need with a cap system rather than a position of hoard. Just not sure if I should allow rookie trades or not….

I'm leaning towards allowing it for the simple fact that if I did that, it virtually is giving every team full control of their team. If you elect to waste a draft pick on a position you just plan on trading (which makes little sense with rookie contracts being relatively minimal, then thats on you) but with this major change with the salary cap, to me, it makes sense to allow these players to be used in deals.

Taking opinions on the matter, however.

Look at your roster and see if they have a bonus. If they have one, look at his cap penalty
