Haha, oh my. First thing off the bat, huh? Jarrod is a rad guy and a fantastic player. It’s been really fun making music with him these past few months. He loves coffee and hitting drums super-hard… and the fact that he’s not a thieving piece of garbage is a breath of fresh air. But since we only had a week’s notice to prepare for this show and with scheduling conflicts and all we decided that instead of using a real-live human drummer we are going to use the super computer from War Games instead. However, we have nicknamed the computer Jarrod.

That said, my opinion remains the same: bring back Bob Bryar. Until that happens though I've been a fan of Jarrod's work in the past so this could be good.

I don't think you read the quote all the way through or you didn't get their silly joke if you think they didn't announce Jarrod as the drummer.


Smart move having him record the next album. He's a beast.

I dug Matt Pelissier's playing so much. Too bad he's never coming back.

Agree so much, way preferred him over Bob.

Hoping the new stuff is something I enjoy. So much love for their first 3 records, but the last one made me lose all interest. I know they're all super talented guys and have potential to put out something that blows my mind. All depends if they want to, instead of more of the same with their new sound. I guess time will tell.

I love Danger Days so I'm actually interested to hear some new jams. Jarrod is a great drummer so I'm happy for both him and the band.
