This is kinda of me guessing becuase this isn't the first time their fan has gotten fucked up. So I am guessing liability. And I am thinking even if they did have full insurance that it would cover the old van they had. But they will probably get half of what they spent on the van and cover half of what a new one cost.

Thankfully, the guys have raised enough money and were able to pick up a new van today. Check it out on their FB page. Keep buying the song if you dig it though.
