The Early November just kicked off its tour with The Wonder Years, The Swellers and Young Statues. We were lucky enough to have our photographer friend, Dana Burke, attend the first show of the tour at Irving Plaza in New York City on Wednesday night. She managed to get some photos of each band, so you can head to the replies to check out a few selections and you can see all of the photos here.
Great show. Kinda bummed out that nobody did a balcony dive during The Wonder Years.
Do people actually do that? Stage divers are already the worst thing. Balcony diving sounds like a great way to seriously hurt yourself and a bunch of innocent bystanders just trying to enjoy a show. If someone actuallly did that at a show I was out i would seriously consider punching them in the face.

This was such a fun show. I love the Swellers and Young Statues - was my first time seeing the Wonder Years... kids really lost their shit for them! Great performers. And the Early November was really solid too.
Nice addition. I think AP.net should include more images from shows. Maybe feature different photos and photographers around the country from the different tours going on. Like the idea a lot.
