Did he say anything about people talking about rebelling? No, he didn't. He probably just means he gets fed up with lyrics like "Jesus. Jesus. There' something about your name." There's only so much of that a guy can take before whoever's singing it begins to sound like a mad man.

You take that back. Daniel Davison is the best thing that could've happened to them. I have a natural attachment to Aaron with my love of TOCS and his being an original member... but Davison is such a technically proficient drummer and he really helped them follow up a disappointing album like LITSOS with the absolute gem of Ø (Disambiguation).

I do love what Davison has done with the drumming, but Aaron's vocals and writing are what made Underoath.

And I love LITSOS and Ø (Disambiguation) equally.

Right on, man... that's the beauty of each one's different musical tastes, right? I think Davison's taken their drumming to a whole new level... and I think Spencer did a fantastic job pulling both vocal roles. I'm really eager to see how he develops these alongside each other! Heard anything about a new album by them? Would love to get one soon...

Wait, are you not being a jerk because our musical tastes differ? I love you! Haha. And I agree, Spencer is a great vocalist and can hold his own with a haunting note on the cleans. All the same, I grew up on Underoath - they were literally the first heavy band I ever set my ears on - and so a level of nostalgia and preference exists with Aaron.

Really stoked for a new album, whenever it happens.
