You're right, but it also says she was drunk and doesn't remember what happened. I know it's still classified as sexual assault regardless, but it's possible that they were both drunk and she was willing to do things that she may not have done while sober.

Seriously though, I hope her story turns out to be not true. I never met any of the guys from JW but from the stories I've heard, they were all very nice guys.

I think many local papers do reveal home addresses of people who allegedly committed a crime when relevant. I've seen it pretty often. I don't see it on larger news sites/papers (NYT, CNN etc)
