The Palladium is a dump, but they get great shows. It'd be a shame for it to come down.

The Palladium is pretty much the only place in New England that routinely gets big shows in our scene and can handle them and make them a success. The New England area would suffer devastatingly if we lost it. Hopefully a benefactor will step up to ease the money situation.

been to a lot of good shows there. ive only been there like twice in the last 5 years though. last show i went to there the security were huge dickheads, which was a first for me there. can't say that them demolishing it would hugely affect me in the future, but i think its better for it to be there than not. but hopefully if enough people sign then they start allowing re-entry...

This just sucks. I've been going to shows there since high school.

Look, I get it, the place is a shithole and Worcester sucks, but its so close and convenient.

Not to mention that to my friends and I, we feel like its become our shithole.

Also, security are WAY better there then at say Lupo's in Providence.

Its unfortunate that its gotten such a bad rep for hosting all those juggalo shows, but I guess they need the business.

I've seen so many amazing shows there, it would really be a shame if this happens.

Saw a ton of shows there but it's probably one of my least favorite venues.

exactly. even though its considered a medium sized venue. its huge for the seen. There would be no where else to go for a decent size show cept for the house of blues which is eh. hoping it wont go down. mass/new england really needs the venue

Only been once because bands that play there usually play at Lupos too, or if they're bigger they play HOB Boston. However if it is knocked down, Four Year Strong deserves to play the last show there, literally break the walls down

3 most memorable shows for me: Reel Big Fish/Streetlight Manifesto/Tip the Van; Bamboozle Roadshow '08 (Lydia, Set Your Goals, Armor for Sleep and Saves the Day) and Skatefest 2k10 (aka TREOSs first reunion)... The palladium had a good run a few years back when Avalon/Axis were demolished to build HOB... if a band were to tour to MA it pretty much had to be Middle East or Palladium... not sure where Paradise or Roxy were around that time

I would hate to have to go all the way to Boston for shows since the Palladium is 10 minutes from my house. I guess I've been spoiled though.

Also, while the HOB is great, Paradise is the absolute worst. I mean, the venue is fine, BUT FUCK ME TRYING TO PARK close to that place.

I haven't been to this place in years and doubt I'll ever go back, but I went there so much when I 14-19.

Surprised no-one has said yet, but this is the place where The Movielife played their original last show.
