Name some bands that you like. I'm absolutely positive the members of some of them smoke weed and haven't had their "musical careers ruined" for it.

The amount of 35 grams of Marijuana or higher is a felony charge in the state of Missouri. Being that he's touring and with a bunch of people a lot, there's a very good possibility he had 35 grams on him.
